Before deciding if your tattoo needs a touch-up, please allow at least 5 weeks for it to fully heal.Please note that free touch-ups are not automatically included in the final price of your tattoo. They are offered solely at the artist’s discretion and are typically explained and discussed during your appointment. While I’m open to offering them when appropriate, each case is unique and assessed individually, and not every tattoo will qualify.​

 

Once that time has passed, feel free to email me at giaroseroart@gmail.com with the following:​

• First and last name, date of your appointment, and phone number

• Clear photos of the tattoo

• A brief description of your concerns

• An explanation of your aftercare (what products you used and how the healing process went)

WHEN FREE TOUCH-UPS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
I do not offer complimentary touch-ups when any of the following conditions apply:

• Placement: Areas such as fingers, hands, feet, ears, face, head, and inner lips are considered non-warranty zones due to higher chances of fading, blowouts, and poor retention. For certain tattoo styles, this list may extend—please ask your artist for guidance.

• Skin Conditions & Blood-Related Issues: Conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, keloids, scar tissue, stretch marks, diabetes, and the use of blood thinners can all affect healing and the final outcome.

• Aftercare: While I provide detailed aftercare instructions, I cannot guarantee how each individual follows them. Inconsistent or improper aftercare can greatly affect how a tattoo heals—especially with delicate styles like fine-line and micro-realism.

 
IMPORTANT NOTES

• These details are always explained during your appointment.

• Micro-realism and fine-line tattoos are not low-maintenance and in most cases they might require future touch-ups.

• These are not budget styles. If you’re looking for something bold, with minimal upkeep and a lower likelihood of needing a touch-up that involves an additional cost, these styles may not be the right fit for you.

 
TOUCH-UPS AT ARTIST’S DISCRETION

• Complimentary touch-ups are offered only at the artist’s discretion (usually offered the day of your appointment) and must be scheduled within 3 months of completing the tattoo.

• If a complementary touch-up is offered but you miss this timeframe, you will be charged at the standard rate.

• Any additional touch-ups beyond the first one or design modifications will also incur a fee.
